Obstetrics and Gynecology
A woman's well-being includes not only her physical attributes, but her mental and emotional state as well. A partial list of services available at Especially for Women include all aspects of Obstetrics and Gynecology:

Amanda Schultz, MPH, PA-C



Amanda joined the Especially for Women team as a women's health care practitioner. Her experience includes fetal non-stress testing, colposcopy, and minor office procedures. She is available for annual well-women and physical/school exams, contraceptive and menopausal issues, initial obstetric exams, and problem visits. Amanda's schedule is open to all new patients. Allow Amanda to show you what the true art of medicine is, listening and compassion.

Graduated with a Master of Public Health Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies with Honors from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, FL August 2002.

Certifications include National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, September 2002, and the State of Florida Physician Assistant License, September 2002.

Affiliations include the Association of Physician Assistants in Obstetrics and Gynecology, 2002-present, the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, 2000-present, and the American Academy of Physician Assistants, 2000-present.

She is currently a preceptor for the Nova Southeastern University physician-assistant program and for the same program at Arcadia University in PA.

Denise has joined the team of Especially for Women with unique experiences and training, as she is our certified nurse midwife. She has advanced training in the obstetrical care of women and has been a preceptor in the teaching of this specialty to future practitioners. She comes from the great state of Ohio, and lives in Estero with her husband and two sons. Denise is accepting new patients for obstetrics and gynecology. Gardasil



The new Human Papilloma virus vaccine (the virus that causes cervical cancer) from Merck is now available for our 9-26 year old patients. If you are not a patient of Especially for Women, but would like to receive the vaccine, please have your primary care doctor send us a referral form (available on our Home Page, under the Gynecology Paperwork section) so that we can begin the process.
